Notas para la traducción
El término “illegal entry” es la forma más común en medios de comunicación, mientras que “improper entry by an alien” se reserva al ámbito exclusivamente legal. Como el término es exclusivo de la ley estadounidense. Actualmente, en la Ley de Migración mexicana, no se considera la entrada irregular como un delito, sino como una falta administrativa.
